- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great experience dealing with both Matt Sablatura and with State Farm Insurance. Recently, my SUV was burglarized after we returned from a hunting trip. The thieves took about $1600 worth of items--a shotgun, a GPS, a radar detector, a video camera and a digital camera. The police reluctantly took finger prints and basically told me that it was going to be next to impossible to find my things. After filing the claim with Matt at State Farm, he bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of satisfactorily. Within a few days, a claims adjuster called me to go over my claim. I thought she had made a mistake when she asked about my $2200 claim. I mentioned to her that my claim was for a lot less than $2200. I was shocked to hear her say that since some of my items were no longer available in stores, they were upgrading me to the closest possible item. What a great company! Oh, another plus was that my insurance premiums actually went down when I switched from one of the other major insurers. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Matt's office is not closed, they still do not have phones. Drive over there, I promise they are there. I was just there this morning and can not tell you how relieved I was to lay eyes on Matt and his staff! Michelle is my girl and handles all my stuff. They are amazing and super compassionate. My home is completely inhabitable and all strutures on my property are gone.... and I can not tell you what is does to my heart to hear them say "We got you! " and lets not forget, Matt, his family and staff.....they all live here too. They have suffered some of the same loses we all have, but they are still in the office....still working for US!
